- 60 mL orange juice
- 60 mL maple syrup
- 3 eggs (flax)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Orange
- 400 grams raw cashew nuts (soaked in hot water for 1 hour or in room temperature water for 4-6 hours)
- 250 mL coconut oil (refined, odorless, melted but not hot)
- 160 mL rice malt syrup
- 160 mL orange juice
- 40 grams goji berries (dried, soaked in hot water for 5-10 minutes)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 150 grams vegan dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
