it turned out well however i couldnt get my hands on halibut so i just used plaice. overall a good dish.

Tasty, great texture. It needs a little sour note. I would perhaps rub the fish with lemon before crusting it. Cooked it in a skillet on the skin side first for 3 minutes and then broiled it for 3 minutes.
