- 2 halibut (or haddock fillets)
- 1 cup green peas (frozen or fresh)
- 4 cups bok choy leaves (chopped, and stems)
- 1 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder (or paste)
- 2 tsp. turmeric powder (or 1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (Red Boat, or similar)
- sea salt
- black pepper
- spices (+ a small pinch or so of ALL of the above, for the halibut fillets)
