- 750 grams boneless mutton (/meat cleaned and washed well)
- 8 green chillies
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. haldi (turmeric powder)
- 4 cinnamon sticks (small, dalchini)
- 4 cloves (loung)
- 3 green cardamoms (elaichi)
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds (shahi zeera)
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper corns
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup water (200 ml approx...)
- 1/2 cup wheat (daliya broken)
- 1 tsp. dal (mash ki, /urad dal split black gram)
- 1 tsp. pigeon peas (toovar dal)
- 1 tsp. bengal gram (chana dal, /chick pea gram)
- 1 tsp. moong dal (yellow)
- 1 tsp. rice
- salt (to taste)
- 3 glasses water
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 4 onions (medium size, finely sliced)
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves (freshly chopped)
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves (freshly chopped)
- 2 green chillies (slit)
- 1/2 tsp. corn powder (full black pepper)
- 1/4 tsp. haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt (beaten, 200 ml approx...)
- 6 Tbsp. ghee (pure)
- coriander leaves (Freshly chopped)
- mint leaves (Freshly chopped)
- fried onions (Deep)
- 6 lemons (cut into 4 halves)
