I made this shortly after getting back from a NYC trip. I ate at the carts daily and was craving this. Made it at home and was similar to the carts. Taste is great. Had alot of the same flavors they had on the cart. Loved it and will definetly be making this often!

Turned out great. I personally used more of the spices and the flavor was on point. The yogurt sauce complements the dish well. I used only one tablespoon of sriracha and the kick was perfect, not to spicy. Would definitely make this dish again. I would add onion and red pepper to the rice. We felt the rice was missing something.
