This is very good. And it was my first stab at cooking this dish. Even my PI girl came home from work and "ummmmm I like it"she exclaimed! After boiling and cut I put it in the freezer for a bit to cool it faster. Instead of a messy fry I used my deep fryer. Very minimal mess. I liked it just like all the others I've eaten thru the years. You can't go wrong.
