- 5 cloves garlic (depending on your preference)
- 2 cups edamame (I used frozen and shelled for ease)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 4 Tbsp. dressing (Hellman’s Vegan Carefully Crafted, and Sandwich Spread, so good and an easy vegan swap for regular mayo!)
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (I sprinkled more on top because I love the heat!)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- vegetables (or pita chips to scoop your dip)
