Incredibly delicious! I’m the only vegan in my house, but everyone quarantining with me devoured my batch of this granola instantly. It’s my 3-y/o nephew’s new fave “sweet treat” (tied with Pick Up Limes’s chocolate fudgy brownie bites). And it’s my new favorite granola. Awesome and easy to make and can stay really chunky, which I love. It’s also good with dried cherries subbed for the raisins. This granola is the new gold standard.
