Really good. I tried frying and not using the water but you need the water to cook the meat properly. I used won ton wrappers very tasty

Just like a restaurant! I really appreciated the step by step folding video in the recipe. While these are a bit time consuming, they were really fun to make and pretty easy once you get the folding technique down. I wish it had a bit more flavor in the mixture itself, but this recipe is the perfect starting point to add your own twist.

This recipe came out excellent, and my 10-year-old enjoyed making the dumplings. In fact, his smaller hands were ideal for making the pleats. Great recipe. We will be making this again.

I followed the directions from the video and it was very easy to make. I did substitute the sake for shaoxing cooking wine but it still came out fantastic! We will be making this more often.

Filling the wrappers and not burning the gyoza was a bit hard. But after a test round, they turned out so flavorful and the texture was pretty similar to restaurant bought. Definitely would cook again.
