Never knew adding beer would make such a difference. 10 hours in the crock pot with veggies, and WOW!

Turn out great. Family really enjoyed the touch of sweetness on the corn beef☘️

Corned beef turned out well. Cook time for beef was longer than needed by about an hour, but this probably depends upon what "low" is on your slow cooker. The sauce never thickened up, so next time I would let it reduce a lot longer. Good recipe, I will use it again.

Really good but had to leave the glaze on the stove much longer to reduce it and thicken it. Also, ended up adding more brown sugar to get the glaze to thicken.

It was okay, but mine was way too salty. I might try to find another recipe next time because I didn't like the flavor that much either. But it could be the spices in the meat that I bought. Not sure, but that's why I am giving only 3 stars.

Very pleased with the flavor! Definitely gonna make it again! This will be my new tradition! Fantastic!

It is such an easy recipe & the meat is so tender that it just falls apart. I have used it several times and always received compliments. We add a little more brown sugar to the sauce at the end but I think that is just personal taste.
