- 2 bay leaves (medium)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme

Didn’t have a Dutch oven big enough so cooked everything up in a large skillet and then moved into a crockpot. Cooked everything including the celery and carrot for about 4-5 hours and it was PERFECT! favor is incredible and the beef was super tender!
11 out of 10 really. Will definitely be making again! Just will make sure I start sooner then 1 so not eating later. Lol
