Terrific recipe and super easy - I browned the meat first and stir fried the veggies separately then put them together. I also added 2 potatoes as well - delish!

This recipe did not work out for me. I did cook it in a Dutch oven and from what I can remember there wasn’t enough gravy and everything seemed a bit dry. I always follow recipes word for word when I first make them and this just didn’t work out. If I did it again I would have to alter some things.

More gravy than vegetables or meat. I would add potatoes. Very delicious in flavor.

I made it in my pressure cooker/crockpot it came out very good rich and full of flavor

I did not use the Guinness but used mushroom stock instead. It turned out ok. Will try it again with bigger beef cubes
