This was pretty good! I had to sub unsweetened almond milk for the coconut milk and canelli beans - just what I had on hand. this is very creamy and tasty. I also added a little smoked paprika for a little extra kick.

I had to modify recipe with black frijole beans and did not drain them. I added a small can of chopped green chilis, Parmesan cheese and more cumin. Overall, good recipe.
