Excellent. I also added the zest and juice of 1/2 orange and a few tablespoons of 6-pepper blend and a pinch of cayenne. Adds a great kick.

This was great! I made it exactly as written, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m used to a more mushy guac, and I absolutely loved the chunky change. I’ll definitely make this again.

Good.. makes way more than “3 servings” and I only used 3 avocados. If you’d like chunky don’t put anything in the food processor.

Use vinegar to taste if lime not available. Add small amount minced sweet pepper to guac mixture. Use less tomato and chop it finely. Use 1/2 stalk minced green onion instead of purple. Top with a layer of sour cream and then a layer of shredded cheese. Omit cilantro.
