Very easy, I added a jalepeno and 1 more tablespoons of cilantro. Lots of flavor.

2nd attempt: 2 YUM! I didn't have cilantro, so I subbed some Wildtree shrimp scampi seasoning - unbelievably good.
I loved this ~ I used about 3 Tablespoons of fresh-squeeze key-lime juice, some zest, along with throwing in a bit of smoked elephant garlic (I'd smoked in the smoker). I also threw in 2 serrano peppers for extra zing. This was REALLY good fresh . As a side note, I used sea salt instead of table salt.
