it was tasty and came out the way I expected. There was just a certain flavor that was missing.

Great recipe. Skipped the cumin and removed the seeds from the jalapeno. Also used garlic salt (out of cloves) and only a splash of lime.

Made this for our Cinco de Mayo dinner. Level of seasoning was perfect. Skipped the jalapeño since the meal included guests.

It was very tasty. I used poblano pepper as that was what was in the house and added 1/2 T kosher salt I will use this again
