- 1 Tbsp. chicken base
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed through garlic press)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 9 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups extra sharp white cheddar (heaping, grated)
- 1 1/2 cups jack cheese (heaping, grated jalapeno)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese (heaping)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 14 oz. macaroni pasta (uncooked elbow, multigrain or regular)
- 3 oz. sun dried tomatoes (not packed in oil, julienned)
- 8 oz. prosciutto (sliced, crisped and chopped, divided use)
- 1/4 cup sharp white cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup jack cheese (grated jalapeno)
- 1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. chives (chopped, for garnish, optional)
