- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (Bob’s Red Mill Extra Thick)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups water (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- sweetener (preferred, I use Nunaturals brand)
- fruit (fresh, – could go bankrupt on berries at Whole Foods)
- raisins
- figs
- apricots
- pecans
- almonds
- walnuts
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin
- coconut (dried)
- jam (when I had my wisdom teeth pulled and couldn’t eat solids, jam became an oatmeal favorite)
- canela
- almond extract (or vanilla)
- mango
- vanilla protein powder (: sun warrior, jay rob, or natural factors from whole foods market.)
