These stuffed peppers are so tasty and satisfying! My whole family, two kids included, gobbled them up!

This is by far the best stuffed pepper recipe I’ve made! I’ve tried out a few different ones and was always disappointed with the lack of flavor. Easily could be done without cheese for those sensitive to dairy, without compromising the taste.

I would make this again. I like that the recipe has you boil the peppers before you stuff them. It saves a lot more time in the oven. I don't think you need to bake it for 30 minutes but rather when the cheese is melted on top. Enjoy!

This was a fast easy recipe, I substituted fresh tomatoes and put sazon in the ground turkey as well! I will definitely be making this again!

Super easy! The mixture could have made 2-3 more stuffed bell peppers if you want to make a few extra. Added crushed red pepper to add a little spice

Omg!! Amazing! First time making it and it came out amazing. I didn’t have garlic cloves so I used powder and I didn’t have crashed tomatoes I used diced/sliced it still was amazing!

Accidentally used diced tomatoes instead of crushed and had to use yellow rice instead of wild rice. Also used vegan cheese. But turned out so good!! Definitely making again.

LOVED this dish! Didn’t have crushed tomatoes on hand so used my go to marinara instead. This will be on our regular rotation!

Amazing! I didn’t have Italian seasonings so I used soul food seasoning, black pepper, roasted garlic powder, oregano, garlic salt, and a touch of sea salt instead of using fresh garlic I used minced garlic. You don’t have to use turkey You can substitute lean beef instead.

Really enjoyed it. Yellow peppers were a little too sweet for me but it was worth tasting.

Really good. Changed it around a bit. Used only 1:/2 can of tomatoes & about a quarter cup of spaghetti sauce and served the rice on the side. (I'm not doing carbs.)
