This recipe is really tasty. I used chicken stock instead of vegetable stock but all else exactly as the recipe called for. I’ll definitely make it again. Only issue is it took about twice as long to make. Just start it early. Two thumbs up.

We liked it! Simple and tasty. I cooked the noodles separately so they won't get soggy as leftovers, and I omitted the peppers. The cayenne adds a nice flavor!
