This really didn't work for some reason...all you can taste is the turkey, and not in a good way--in a reminiscent of school cafeteria cooking way. Did I miss a step? Are you supposed to brown the meat first? Because I think that would help. Not use aluminum foil with cabbage? It was made with fresh ingredients, so this was a real disappointment. I feel like something went wrong on a chemical level while it was baking. Now I'm trying to figure out how to use the leftovers because it's almost inedible. But I love the *idea* of the recipe, so I really don't get it!
