I added carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, quinoa, & extra brussel sprouts, it was absolutely delicious!

We really loved this recipe. Very flavorful and so healthy! We will be making this again soon!

It turned out better than I expected and my kids ate it with no problem. Held off on the cayenne pepper but it was still great!

I sautéed a sweet potato in coconut oil, with salt and pepper, about a tsp of chili powder, and a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes. I’m usually a mild spice person. But this added to the original ingredients turned from a good to a definitely make again.

I liked it. Mom who loves brussel sprouts and bell peppers was not crazy about it. I'm not a huge fan of heat. But definitely feel like you need to add the total amount of spices. I added more after tasting. Will make again, just feels like something could be added but not sure what.

Probably not fair to rate because unlike the author, I am NOT a brussel sprout fan, however my husband is one. I served it with brown rice. He liked it. I think if I make it again, I will use cabbage.

I had all the ingredients and I was looking for a way to use some ground turkey and extra Brussels sprouts. This fit the bill and it was satisfactory.

Tasty dish! I added the little bit of chicken stock like one reviewer suggested and bacon crumbles while stir frying the veggies

The spices give a nice kick to this one. Didn't feel the heat until I finished, because I ate this one quickly! So good!

This was surprisingly delicious. Should double it next time to have leftovers. I did add 2 dashes of Fish Sauce to the veggies as someone else suggested. Enjoy!

I saw reviews on how spicy it was, so I cut the chili powder in half. It turned out great and my husband who doesn't like ground turkey liked it as well.

Turned out great, but really spicy! i had no coconut oil, so I used olive oil.

SO TASTY!!! My husband, finally, will eat ground turkey, and if he had his way would eat this meal every week.

It was pretty good I think I may have put to much coconut oil or maybe I’m just not use to cooking with it but over all it was good just may change that bit

Amazing! Subbed butternut squash for peppers and used avo oil instead. Will definitely made again :)

My husbands favourite. I make it every other week for him. The only addition is I add 1 large can of diced tomatoes drained and a splash of lemon.

So I personally LOVE this dish... I just didn't realize how spicy it would be for a toddler. I would call this delicious but not kid friendly lol

It turned out much better than I anticipated. I also added diced jalapeno to the recipe and would definately make again.
