Very easy. Served it over rice and it was well received by my teenage son and will definitely serve it again. Very flavorful. It was bit too much sauce for the amount of meat so I will be increasing the meat to 2lbs next time. I used ground pork instead of sausage meat as this has enough sodium. Used a nonstick pan, so I only added 1/2 tsp seseame oil at the end. I substituted the soy sauce with coconut aminos as well.
