Good, I added a few other chili ingredients and used diced potatoes instead of rice.

Its yummy. I use a pound of ground Lamb and a pound of that thick ground sirloin meat for chili. I use all the seasoning. Also added kidney beans and pinto beans. yeah. I'll do it again. Forgot to add rice but still turn out good.

Turned out great! Simple recipe and very tasty. Of course you can add other seasonings, broths, or spice it up to make it “your own”—but this chili is delish just as it is. Thank you; this recipe is now in rotation as an easy family meal!

Omg this was so delicious I used lentils instead shallots fresh rosemary and thyme a little chicken boullion absolutely the best chili I have ever had! Try it you won’t regret it

I added some diced jalepeno for a little spice and it turned out delicious. I am dairy free but my husband said it could use a little bit of light sour cream to cut the richness and full flavour :) super easy to make!
