Needed a quick Mexican dish to use up my chicken mince and aging avocados. Easy to put together and flavourable. Used it as a accompaniment to corn chips, guacamole, pico de Gallo and sour cream.
Will definitely try again.

Tasty and easy. I used less tomato sauce than recipe required and added some cayenne pepper for a little heat.

For ground chicken I thought this recipe had lots of flavour, I didn’t add corn. I did add 3 teaspoons of chipotle adobo sauce for added flavour and spice. It added lots of extra flavour and smokiness. Will make again, was quick and easy.

Soooo good and super easy!! I used 2 jalapeños instead of bell peppers. I also didn't use radishes. Will definitely make this again!!
