I've made this yummy dish on many occasions. Everyone I've served it to loves it. Normally I will mix in the cooked pasta noodles (penne is my preference), place in a casserole dish, then add the mozza & cherry tomatoes, broil until the cheese bubbles. Top with fresh basil & balsamic reduction, its love at first sight when I bring it to the table to serve.
