- sirloin

- celery
- soup
- 1/3 cup milk (you can substitute whole milk)
- 2 cups broccoli pieces (frozen, – as I stated above, you can use just about any type of vegetable you have on hand but if you use fresh, you may need to cook it partially or bake the casserole a bit longer)
- shredded cheddar cheese (– any type of cheese with a sharp flavor that melts well will do)
- fried onions (– I would not leave these out of the recipe as they provide a lot of the flavor)
- 2 lb. tater tots
- 1 lb. ground beef (sirloin)

- frozen spinach (or fresh)

Turned out awesome! Added some “garlic plus” seasoning as the meat cooked, would like to make with onions and garlic to the meat next time. Didn’t have fried onions and only used broccoli as the veggie. Definitely making again!
