This has now become a weekly rotation in my house! I make a few substitutions/additions to bring the fat/calorie content down a bit including using extra lean ground beef and adding mushrooms but overall, this is a winner in my book!

Simple dinner that the whole family agreed was good. Added a salad and some breadsticks. Easy to make and great for a cold evening. I took the "hint" to cook the onions with the ground beef to eliminate an extra step otherwise followed the recipe as directed.
