Will definitely make this one again. Didn’t have frozen potatoes so I diced fresh ones. It took a little longer to cook; just checked the potatoes til they were done before topping with the rest of the cheese and baking again for 10 minutes. I baked at the called for temperature for 25 minutes. I then decided to turn it up to 400. After another 20 minutes the potatoes were done. Didn’t have tobasco sauce but I’m sure it would have been super yummy with it. I also cooked the onions with some fresh garlic in the beef at a fairly high temp, so it was all crispy and caramelized. Just a habit and it’s never done me wrong before.
