- 6 green onions (thinly sliced, dark and light green part)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. neutral oil
- 1 English cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds

- kimchi
- chili oil (Marion has a great homemade recipe for chili oil as well!)
