My newly college son came home asking for this recipe for his overdue homemade dinner

This is my go-to weekday recipe for my family of 4. Delicious and filling! I use Bibb lettuce instead of rice & it’s so refreshing!!

Awesome recipe! There are a few versions of this on Yummly. I made it with broccoli and I substituted Marsala for mirin and added sugar to taste (I was careful with it as others were saying it was too sweet). I would add ginger, baby bok choy next time. Also, Siracha added a lot of flavor to the dish.

Very tasty- I added hot peppers, omitted the sugar. I did have to substitute Sherry for mirin because that’s whatI had on hand.

It was very flavorful. My family approved. I left out the sugar and added some siratcha. We like spicy foods.

This was easy to make - my family like it, but it definitely needed a little more flavor. We added sriracha to spice it up and served it with hot jasmine rice. Didn’t have plum sauce, I used orange marmalade and it was a good substitute.

This was amazing!!! My fiancé and I really enjoyed the bulgogi. It was sweet but not too sweet and had lots of good flavor. Will definitely make this again!

This turned out way better than I expected. I didn't have mirin so I used white wine vinegar instead, and I also added gochujang for a little spice. Very yummy!

This was very easy to make and has some nice subtle flavours. You honestly wouldn't think there is so much garlic in there. I would personally like a little bit more spice, so next time I will add a tablespoon of gochujang for a bit more kick.

As a fan of Korean Bulgogi I was not expected to be wow’d, but this was a great tasting, simple recipe.

Really easy and delicious. I plan on making it again, but when I do I’m going to add extra on the seasonings. I like to taste the food before it reaches my mouth 🤤

Bulgogi flavour and ground beef doesnt mix well for me. It’s also a lil too sweet for me so I recommend gradually adding the sugar. However I recommend for people who are new to korean cuisine or for people who want a fast and cheaper option. I also think kids would like this. But for me it was just a lil too weird haha

This recipe is amazing! Instead of the apricot jelly I did a half apricot jelly and half cherry jelly aandI worked soo good! there is so much flavor I highly recommend.

Came out really well! I couldn’t find apricot jam at publix, so I used my mom’s homemade Thai jelly and it added some nice heat. I would definitely make this again.

I was delighted by this plate, my family loved it too. I put gochujang in extra and it turn out very good ! Moreover next time I will put less soy sauce or get some clear soy sauce cause it was a little bit too salty.

The flavor is pretty good, but bulgogi made with ground beef pales in comparison to steak

Super easy to make but didn’t taste much like actual Korean bulgogi. Omitted plum sauce because I couldn’t find any but it still turned out okay.

I can't believe how good this is! And SO easy to throw together! I leave out the mirim and jam though because I don't even know what mirim is and we seldom have jam, but yum! This tastes a lot like the lettuce wrap filling at PF Changs to me! We serve it with iceberg lettuce cups and jasmine rice! My new weekly meal!

Wonderful recipe! Flavorful without being overwhelming. We served ours on ramen noodles.

So flavorful! I was a tad worried by the amounts of everything but I followed the recipe and it turned out so well! Goes PERFECTLY with white rice.
