- 1/2 cup imperial spread
- 2 tsp. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cups vegetables (assorted thickly sliced, onion, red or green bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash or eggplant)
- 8 oz. penne (or ziti pasta, cooked and drained)

Directions
- Combine Imperial® Spread, herbs and garlic powder in small bowl. Toss 1/4 cup herb mixture with vegetables. Grill or broil vegetables until tender. Toss vegetables with hot penne and remaining herb mixture. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper and sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
