- 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing (purchased, I used Newman's Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing, use dressing with less than 3 grams of sugar per serving for South Beach Diet)
- fresh ground black pepper
- salt
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (thinly)
- 1 strip basil
- 3 Tbsp. chiffonade
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta

Wonderful. Oven baked the potatoes. Added sweet red onion as well as green. Smelled heavenly and was a hit!
