- 1 chicken breast (small, or 1 large tender, grilled until cooked through, I used a griddle pan but can also do on bbq; you can uses pre-cooked as well but home-grilled has a better flavor)
- 1 oz. feta
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
