- 1 clove garlic (peeled and halved)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Spray cut-side of bread with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original. Grill, cut-side down, pressing gently, until bread is golden and toasted, about 2 minutes.
- Immediately rub with cut-side of garlic, then sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Grill covered, cut-side up, until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.

Loved the way the garlic bread turned out. You can use regular butter. But I am going to make it again.
