yum! first time teying this, was so delicious and easy! It takes a bit more time,not having done it before.

Don’t grill too long or they will get mushy. Good flavor. I used a grill mat BC I was afraid they would fall through the cracks.

Just perfect! I also sliced a red pepper too. The balsamic glaze makes a tasty addition.
