- 1 tsp. oregano
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions
- Slice zucchini in half lengthwise; rub with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
- Grill directly over medium hot coals, cut side down, until well browned.
