Cooked vegetables in cast iron pans. Olive oil, salt, pepper, chili, crushed red peppers, paprika, turmeric. Cream cheese, cheddar, pepper jack. Cooked quesadillas on George Foreman grill. Don’t keep in warm oven, they will get too crispy/dry.
