    This was absolutely scrumptious. I only used 2 jalapeno peppers as i was worried about heat, but could definitely add more, as it was not too hot at all. It does make a lot (both veggies & sauce) so will cut recipe in half next time. however, I am already anticipating leftovers 😋

    Delicious! Didn’t make the jalapeño and cashew sauce because didn’t have time to soak the cashews for hours (didn’t see that when I reviewed the recipe). But it was good with just the marinade and added a little cheese
