Loved it exactly as directed. Oddly i liked the result of the garlic powder over fresh garlic as I have done before. The lime zest with chili flakex is perfect

Fish was excellent. Easy to follow recipe. Our first time trying Steelhead Trout, cant wait till its on sale
again.
