Turned out fine I think it was the coconut oil we did not love. If I make this again I will use olive oil.

This was incredible - my entire family thought it was a 5 star restaurant meal... (Used a 2 pounder).I used 2 limes for the marinade, doubled the garlic, did a blend of my mom's fresh rosemary (doubled), chives, cilantro, and basil. My dad smoked it on the trager for 45 minutes. Unbelievable.

Fish was delicious. Made a cabbage salad as a side and will make again soon.

I tried baking it in the oven and found it needed about 20 minutes instead of 10-12. It was delicious.
