- 1 lb. New York strip steak (trimmed of excess fat)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- seasoning (McCormick® Steakhouse, Grinder)
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Cinnamon (Ground)
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Cumin (Ground)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder)

Directions
- Brush steak lightly with oil. Season with 8 to 10 twists steakhouse seasoning grinder.
- Mix cinnamon, cumin and sea salt. Sprinkle evenly over steaks.
- Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
