Wow! I used grass fed flap steak. They were out of skirt. Sadly, I thought I had Dijon mustard but it was german mustard. I used it but added dry white wine and a bit of pepper flake to get a bit more bite out the dressing. I know Dijon would’ve been perfect but I tell you, the white wine in it was delish.
