Gina did it once again. This has quickly become one of my favorite dishes. It's healthy with vegetables and oh so delicious. The spices with the shrimp make the whole thing taste phenomenal. To make it quick I actually used my George Foreman grill. I know it will be better on a real grill but I still very much enjoyed it.
