Really enjoyed this recipe! I used frozen shrimp and added onion and avocados to the garnishes. Needs a little more juice- maybe I'll make a pineapple salsa or guac!

Something simple, quick and easy... my kind of recipe. Grilled shrimp are always a winner, throwing pineapple in the mix gives star quality.
