- 8 pieces large shrimp
- 1 lime (to serve)
- 1 handful chopped parsley
- 1 lime

- 4 tomatoes (use different colors if you can)

Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the shrimp, mix to coat and let it marinate for 15 min.
- Finely chop all the ingredients for the salsa. Dress with oil and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit in the fridge for about 30 min.
- Put the shrimp on the soaked bamboo skewers. Grill 2-3 min on each side.
- Serve them with salsa and lime wedges.
