Absolutely amazing! I didn’t read the entire directions but had all the ingredients…except used cilantro instead of parsley, put lots more lemon zest and red chili pepper flakes, more salt, more black pepper. This is one of those recipes you can’t mess up. Absolutely delicious!!!!

We loved the marinade! First time I did broccoli and peppers ( out of mushrooms) Second time we did carrots, mushrooms, green beans and onions Both were great because the marinade marries it altogether
