- 8 oz. chicken (or turkey cajun style andouille sausage links, sliced into 1/4-inch thick slices)

Delicious!! I didn't have sausage or baby potatoes, I added celery, mushrooms, red and green peppers, mushrooms, and onions which I partially roasted before adding to the packets. I also added some paprika, and used dried thyme. I grilled on one side for about 18 minutes, moving halfway through that time, flipped and grilled another 5 minutes. Shrimp were perfectly cooked. Will definitely make again.

We baked this in the oven. Loved the ease of the dish. Used more of the seasoning than stated on recipe and added a fillet of Dover to each packet. Very, very delicious! Would make again.

Very tasty and easy to make. I used fresh corn and left out the sausage cuz it was lunch and wanted to keep it a bit lighter. The shrimp were undercooked at 15 min. I cooked about 25-30 min total and it was great

Pretty good and easy! We used frozen corn and also substituted most herbs for Italian seasonings because that’s what we had on hand.

The first time I did these I did them in the grill and they were amazing. Since it was too cold outside to use the grill I did these in the oven and needed 30 minutes at 450 for them to be done. Next time I will use the grill...

Decent recipe, I used my oven to have a more consistent temperature. The shrimp were way under cooked at the 15min mark so I went ten minutes long longer and then 5 minutes a couple more times. Plenty of flavor with butter mix, I added red pepper flakes to up the heat.

It was a nice meal, instead of putting the potatoes on a plate I put it in a container which is why it probably didn’t turn out too good, but everything else was great! I sprinkled a little bit more old bay seasoning for my taste buds.

delicious. added a 1/2 tsp garlic salt to each packet and skipped the parsely because i didnt have any. also did not have thyme, so used italian seasoning instead. places in 450 degree oven for 1/2 hour. it all worked out. even my 5 and 2 year old ate.

Delicious but I would add more seasoning to it. I used frozen kernel corn instead simply because I had it on hand. I think the loose kernels is best to soak up all the juices in the bag.

Very good! I added a bit of chili pepper seasoning for a little kick and omitted the thyme. Potatoes could have been done a little longer but next time I'll just slice them thinner. Def will make again!
