  • 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage
  • 5 ears of corn
  • 3 tomatoes (halved and hollowed out, set aside)
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the herbed tomato ingredients and top halved tomatoes with 2 tablespoons herb topping. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill tomatoes and corn over direct heat for 6 minutes, turning the corn several times during cooking. Remove corn and tomatoes from grill. Grill sausage over medium-low heat 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning frequently. Serve warm with grilled corn and stuffed tomatoes.
