Delicious! I didn't have the right olives on hand. Quinoa instead of orzo, but everything worked!

The salmon just melted in my mouth and the salsa recipe I will use in other recipes. I didn't add the orzo and didn't miss it either plus it kept the calorie count down. It is definitely is a recipe I will keep in my arsenal.
